About Anant Fellowship in Sustainability and Built Environment
Anant Fellowship offers a one-year post-graduate diploma programme as well as a two-year master's program in sustainability and the built environment at Anant National University, Ahmedabad. The multidisciplinary programmes are designed to prepare and empower students and young practitioners to create equitable and sustainable solutions for the built environment. The interdisciplinary approach is not only focused on urban development and sustainability but also explores disciplines such as art appreciation, philosophy, social sciences, design thinking and gender studies. Anant Fellowship offers classroom learning combined with hands-on experience, field visits and mentoring from inspiring faculty and experts from all over the world.

Required Education Qualification and Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2-3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or marketing
Proven experience with CRM systems and digital marketing campaigns
Experience in higher education admissions or student recruitment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Event coordination and webinar management experience
Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Admissions & Lead Management
Managing daily lead generation for admissions, lead calling and regular communication (emails/calls) with candidates
Follow up with applicants and help them complete the admission form
Conducting telephonic screening interviews to assess candidate fit and motivation for the program
Coordinating panel interviews for screened candidates and managing the interview process
Supporting with admission offers for successful candidates
Daily management of applicant queries and communication throughout the admission process
Sending welcome kits to admitted candidates and managing student retention plans
Managing orders with vendors and third parties for the production and printing of collateral, student kits, giveaways, press releases, etc.
Managing incoming cohort hostel bookings and arrival, orientation, etc.
Outreach & Recruitment Campaigns
Managing physical outreach campaigns, including campus presentations, seminars and information sessions at educational institutions, and arranging stalls at fests and educational fairs
Managing all event logistics and coordination for outreach and recruitment events, including venue arrangements, AV setup, decor, catering coordination, and ensuring smooth execution across all touchpoints
Organising and strategising webinars for admissions
Tracking budget allocation and analysing ROI for both digital and physical outreach campaigns
Communications
Managing digital promotions and campaigns across social and messaging platforms
Managing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta ads, Google Ads) and monitoring ad performance and budget allocation
Collaborating with the graphics team to develop and update communication materials, including brochures, website content, and other collateral
Data & Reporting
Maintaining admissions data and metrics in CRM systems (application numbers, conversion rates, pipeline status)
Ensuring data privacy and compliance in handling candidate information
Analysing admissions funnel data to identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement
Tracking and reporting on outreach campaign effectiveness and engagement
Monitoring and reporting on digital marketing campaign performance
Regular communication and updates to the Director and Admissions Office on recruitment progress and pipeline status
