General Experience
Prospective candidates should have substantial professional experience that demonstrates their capability in tryout engineering, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance. The general experience requirements include: Between 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the automotive sheet metal stamping industry
Proven track record in handling tryout activities independently, managing complex engineering trials, and delivering results aligned with business goals.
Strong understanding of engineering drawing interpretation, die set functioning, and manufacturing equipment used in press operations.
Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and project management to align engineering activities with overall production strategies.
Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies utilized in automotive manufacturing, enhancing ability to identify and rectify process deviations promptly.
This experience enables the candidate to contribute effectively to continuous improvement initiatives, operational excellence, and innovation in engineering tryout practices.
Critical Experience
Hands-on experience in the field of sheet metal dies manufacturing, Assly & Tryout.
Detail knowledge about the die's functional requirements.
Understanding of GD & T sheet.
Analytical ability to resolve concerns related to panel qualification during Tryout.
Knowledge about BIW assly.
