Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in managing the daily operations of the FastTrack Call Taxi branch in Tirunelveli. This role involves overseeing taxi operations, driver management, call center coordination, customer service quality, and ensuring operational efficiency and revenue targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day taxi operations and call center activities Manage and monitor drivers' attendance, discipline, uniform compliance, and service quality Handle customer complaints, feedback, and ensure timely resolution Ensure smooth booking, dispatch, trip execution, and trip completion Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and revenue reports Support driver recruitment, onboarding, and training programs Monitor Google reviews and customer feedback; take corrective actions to improve ratings Coordinate during peak hours and emergency situations to ensure uninterrupted service Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or Diploma in any discipline 2-5 years of experience in operations, transport, taxi, logistics, or service industry (preferred) Strong communication skills in Tamil; basic English proficiency required Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Working knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and basic computer systems Willingness to work in shifts and handle both office and field coordination

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in taxi / cab / travel / logistics industry Good knowledge of Tirunelveli city and surrounding areas Customer-focused mindset with a service-oriented attitude
