Supervise the Fire Fighting, Fire Detection and PA system execution.
Supervise the BMS Integration for above works.
Co-Ordination with vendor / contractor team for integration between firefighting, fire detection, PA, HVAC, lift, kitchen, Electrical and security systems.
Ensures Successful approval of Fire Life safety with operator's satisfaction.
Review CAD drawings, layouts, study models, documents, prepared by external consultants / contractors.
Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards for work executions.
Provides technical guidance to lower level Contractors / Vendor Engineers working on the same project.
Maintain construction and installation standards as per specifications and Engineering practices.
Provide technical input for offer requests and the awarding of MEP subcontractors to the contracts, procurement departments.
Scrutinize of bill of quantity, measurement of installation and estimate.
Monitor / maintain progress reports and related documentation.
Assist in punch list compilation as projects near completion and assist the assigned Commissioning Engineer with Commissioning activities and project handover.
Adherence and compliance with operating guide line and manuals.
