To ensure effective after-sales service support for lighting products, manage customer complaints, coordinate repairs/replacements, and maintain customer satisfaction through efficient service operations.
Strong technical knowledge of LED lighting products and components.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Installation support and trouble shooting of Facade lighting projects with DMX controller.
Lead the team responsible for Handling and resolving customer complaints related to lighting products (LED, fixtures, drivers, etc.) within defined timelines.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Quality, Production, and Logistics for smooth service resolution.
Monitor service calls, warranty claims, and maintain proper documentation in the service management system.
