Job Description

:
To maintain a high standard of specified work in accordance with the Commi / Executive Chef's instructions
Manage end-to-end operations of Reefer Vans, ensuring timely and temperature-controlled delivery of perishable goods.
Optimize routing, scheduling, and utilization of Reefer Vans to reduce transportation costs and enhance service levels.
Monitor temperature logs, GPS tracking, and ensure real-time visibility of cold chain shipments.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for timely dispatches and deliveries.
Develop and implement SOPs for reefer logistics, preventive maintenance, and contingency plans.
Ensure compliance with cold chain standards, FSSAI norms, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Analyze logistics performance metrics and prepare regular MIS reports related to cold chain distribution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cold storage transportation and packaging solutions.
Collaborate with warehouse, and distribution teams for seamless supply chain operations.
