Position Overview
Role will involve product launch support, scientific content creation, and providing key medical insights to the marketing and sales teams. Key Responsibilities

• Product Launch Support:
• Conduct comprehensive literature searches and prepare Medical Manuals and PowerPoint presentations to support new product launches.
• Develop and deliver New Product Launch Presentation to the Marketing team and field force, ensuring accurate and clear communication of technical details about therapy areas and products.
• Responding to Queries:
• Serve as a key point of contact for queries from the field force and doctors, providing scientific support and clarifications on products and therapy areas.
• Ensure strong customer relations by addressing and resolving queries promptly and effectively.
• Scientific Support to Brands:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific information, including product data, therapy area advancements, landmark trials, and guidelines from scientific associations.
• Provide technical support to the Marketing and Sales teams by offering relevant scientific references for new and existing products.
• Ensure Scientific accuracy in all marketing materials by validating medical content.
• Prepare prescribing information for products and ensure high scientific quality in marketing content.
• Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) Kits that include PowerPoint presentations, references, and key scientific materials.
• Training and Development:
• Conduct training programs for medical representatives, focusing on new product knowledge, scientific data, and therapy area updates.
• Deliver refresher courses to enhance the knowledge and skills of existing field personnel.
• New Product Ideation and Evaluation:
• Provide medical justification and rationale for the introduction of new products, including evaluating potential indications, dosage forms, and novel product ideas.
• Suggest potential areas for indication expansion or the development of unique dosage forms
• Publications:
• Prepare manuscript for publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals, focusing on original research, clinical studies, and review articles in relevant therapy areas.

Educational Qualification: M. Pharm (Master's in Pharmacy).
