As a Asst. Manager - Sales Support you will be responsible for activities to primarily support all sales and services of the company. This would include making & processing offers that have technical & commercial conditions and processing of incoming orders. Will look after and respond to internal and customer enquiries. This will include technical & commercial coordination with Multi Assembly Unit (MAU) at Bangalore and Product Lines based abroad for Mobile equipment to ensure delivery process compliance. Liaise with sales and operation to determine order status and track and maintain delivery time schedules.





What are your key responsibilities:

Enquiry Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; resolve complex technical and commercial inquiries regarding orders or returns, ensuring timely escalation and high-resolution standards.

Proposal Development:

Proactively follow up on sales leads to prepare comprehensive commercial proposals and facilitate product demonstrations to convert potential opportunities into secured business.

Operational Liaison:

Coordinate extensively with the Bangalore Multi Assembly Unit (MAU) and Sales/Operations teams to monitor production status, ensuring adherence to delivery compliance and reporting standards.

Supply Chain Tracking:

Manage and track order lifecycles and delivery timescales, maintaining constant communication with sales representatives to guarantee on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Commercial Administration:

Oversee the end-to-end administration of commercial documentation, including the drafting of service agreements, contract management, and the accurate processing of invoices.

Data & Reporting:

Maintain robust sales support databases and generate management reports to disseminate critical technical and commercial intelligence to both internal teams and global stakeholders.

Marketing Coordination:

Execute local marketing and sales promotion initiatives in alignment with global marketing guidelines, ensuring brand consistency and effective market outreach.

What you bring to the role:

Education:

A Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Science, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

1-3 years of experience in sales support, order management, or commercial operations, with a proven track record in handling contracts, invoicing, and order fulfillment.

Commercial Expertise:

Strong understanding of commercial banking instruments, including Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees, as well as familiarity with commercial taxation, collections, and transport logistics.

Systems Proficiency:

Advanced literacy in MS Office and hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as

SAP

Salesforce

Communication & Influence:

Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to network effectively and exchange complex information with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Operational Autonomy:
