Position: Asst. Manager - Sourcing Level: Supervisory

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Mode of Work: Offline/from office

Location: West Pune, Open to travel when required.

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Closing individual with predominant exposure in the Pune's real estate market. To be successful and high performing individual with Goyal Group, one should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment with the capability of optimising and thinking out of the box. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Identify CP and promote products to them ? Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs ? Take update from CPs on products and offerings ? Ensure office branding ? Explore new avenues of CPs and broaden market ? Conduct CP meets on sites during launches and during sustenance ? Train CP on product details ? Capture weekend walk-in data ? Drive the expansion and diversification of distribution channels to increase property sales. ? Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to optimize property sourcing efforts. ? Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth. ? Continuously monitor and assess the performance of sourcing initiatives, making data-driven improvements as needed. ? Gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities at regular intervals ? Responsible for Outbound Meeting and Closure of Deals ELIGIBILITY COMPETENCIES: ? Post-Graduation (MBA preferred) ? Proven work experience of 2-5 Years ? Preferably from a real estate developer lobby ? Good grasp on Marathi, Hindi and English ? Proven track record with HNIs ? Excellent team and customer bonding capability ? Agility ? Strategic Thought process ? Data analytics skills ? Ready to travel and build networks ? Street Smart ?
