To conduct regular meets, engagement program for influencers and organize presentations. To set up installer team and handle top accounts directly.
To train and develop distributor sales force by various ways like BM shadowing etc.
To have comprehensive understanding of the sales value chain and maintain profitability.
Ensuring after sales service to the consumer, managing consumer complaints, ensuring relevant installation team with the distributors to serve the customer.

The Profile is for B2B sales , so the candidate should have to do the following :
End to end sales: Lead generation, Closure and post sales support
Daily engagement with builders, architects and contractors.
Manage distributors teams and field sales team.
Analyze lost leads and identify gaps and work on it.
Candidate must be willing to travel in field to generate more lead to ensure healthy funnel.
Must meet and visit competition brands to get out side in knowledge.
