Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various online and offline channels.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to close deals.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and documentation teams for seamless post-sale processes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities like exhibitions, campaigns, etc.
Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Good knowledge of Nagpur's real estate market is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any stream.
MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory).

Must be based in
Nagpur
or willing to relocate.
