Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

to join our team and help us grow further.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the showroom. Welcome and guide walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product suggestions. Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers. Actively canvass and promote the brand in the local market, including architects, builders, and interior designers. Manage and update leads from online platforms, social media, and inquiries. Coordinate with the design and production team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events. Maintain excellent customer service and build strong client relationships. Report daily/weekly sales performance to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience

in sales and marketing (preferably in furniture, interior, or retail industry). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach. Good knowledge of local market trends and lead generation. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital marketing is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
