Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits.
Meet prospective clients (builders, contractors, architects, homeowners, institutions) to promote UPVC windows and doors.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve quarterly targets.
Maintain strong after-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Marketing Activities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, exhibitions, trade shows).
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Manage social media presence, website content, and online lead generation campaigns.
Support the creation of promotional materials, brochures, and sales collaterals.
Gather customer feedback and provide inputs for product improvement and new product development.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate sales records in reporting systems.
Provide regular updates on pipeline, conversion rates, and market conditions.
Coordinate with fabrication, installation, and technical teams to ensure timely project execution.
Work closely with management to refine sales and marketing strategies.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a proven record in sales/business development.
Knowledge of construction materials / building products (preferable).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or MBA or related field.
Fresher or Minimum [ 1-2 ] years of experience in sales and/or marketing (experience in construction/building materials industry preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office .
Valid driver's license with a two wheeler preferred.

Compensation
Fixed salary: [ CTC - 1,80,000/- to 2,04,000/-] depending on experience
