Sales:

• Sales Team Management of the entire team - Weekly
• Sales Review - Fortnightly
• Visit Report of entire Sales Team - Daily
• Forecasting & Strategy Plan - Monthly

Branding:

• Collateral {Content, Creative, Printing, Execution}
• Product Collateral

SEO:

• Coordination with SEO - with Monthly work to him and reviewing on the same which includes:
• Content Writing
• Blog Writing
• GMB Post
• Company Ranking
• Branding
• Website ( Content for Magazine / Interview / Social Visibility)

Enquiry Management :

• Enquiry Sheet Report of every Sales Individual - Daily (which includes Indiamart, Cold Call, Visit, Incoming Enquiries through landline, Email enquiries, Web Enquiries)
• Handling Social Media & Exhibitions :
• Website
• Linkedin
• Google Page
• Reviews and Rating of All Social Accounts
• Handling and Managing Exhibitions, from vendor coordination to execution
