Job Description

Assistant Manager cum Incharge (Customer Service & Operations)

Act as the

first point of contact

for customers, ensuring quick response and professional service. Manage

tour & travel bookings, scheduling, and client follow-ups

. Supervise

drivers, support staff, vendors, and contractors

to ensure smooth operations. Oversee

construction-related coordination

- material procurement, labour management, and project updates. Handle

billing, quotations, customer accounts, and MIS reports

. Support in

sales, marketing, and client relationship management

. Monitor and improve

customer service quality, feedback, and satisfaction levels

. Take

ownership of day-to-day operations

and report directly to management.
