The Retail Showroom Incharge is responsible for the daily operations, sales performance, staff supervision, and customer service excellence at the retail outlet. This role ensures the showroom runs smoothly, meets sales targets, and maintains high standards of visual merchandising and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Performance:
Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets.
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
Team Management:
Supervise and motivate showroom staff.
Assign tasks and schedules, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
Customer Service:
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer complaints.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Store Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations including inventory, billing, cash handling, and security.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
Merchandising:
Ensure proper display and stock arrangement as per brand guidelines.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions and events.
Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and stock reports.
Report to senior management with insights and improvements.
Job Specification (JS):
Education:
Graduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer service
