Required Candidate profile---
1. Be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial property sales, ensuring positive client experience
2.Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases) prior to sale of commercial property
3.Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
4. Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends
Responsibilities
1.Advise clients in the development and execution of their real estate investment strategies
2.Formulate thoughtful analyses of properties, including broker opinion of value (BOV), market comparable, and research
3.Prepare marketing materials for exclusive property listings and promote to qualified buyers
4.Prospect new client relationships, and network with other industry professionals
5.Negotiate exclusive listing agreements and purchase-and-sale agreements
Prepare and manage documentation and internal databases to ensure most up-to-date property and client information
Partner closely with other staff members to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration
Required skills and qualifications
Excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market
Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills
