Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and ensure targets for units and revenue are met.
Client & Market Focus:
Build strong client relationships, stay updated on market trends, competition, and economic indicators.
Operational Oversight:
Manage the sales process, from property presentations and site visits to documentation, payments, and legal coordination.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with marketing, CRM, and other departments for seamless operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales principles.
Ability to analyze trends, forecast sales, and set prices.
Experience in property sales and managing sales teams.
Relevant education (degree in business/real estate) is often preferred.
