Duties & Responsibilities

Testing of all the complex products and improvement on same. Lead a team of QC engineers and ensure their work aligns with company and industry standards. Provide training and mentorship to quality staff and support continuous improvement initiatives. Review and approve calibration activities. Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection and test parameters, material certificates, and quality records. Liaise with clients and third-party inspectors regarding quality matters. To resolve complex technical issue arised during testing/validation of the products Resolve Non Conformance and take preventive action. Review & Approve Manuals, Certificates , customizse document of product. Collaborate with customer support for troubleshooting and analysis of complex Customer Complaints. Conduct FAT & Product Demonstration at factory. Review & Approve FAT documents. Set & improve internal test parameters for products / packing / labelling. Maintain and improve the company's quality management system (QMS). Conduct internal Audits & handle external audits. Prepare meaningful Monthly MIS and present to Production Head / Management.

Required Knowledge & Abilities

Proficient inMS office/CRM/ERP Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proven experience managing a QC team and implementing quality management systems. Preferred :Knowledge of DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ & 21 CFR software. Preferred :Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes (ISO, ASME etc.). Preferred :Certification in Quality Management (e.g. Six Sigma, Lead Auditor) is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance roles, preferably in the Manufacturing company (engineering).

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
