Job Title: Asst. Manager: Purchase

Required Experience: 6-8 Years of experience in relevant field
Required Education: B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical)/MBA
Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for finalize & issuing local purchase orders for supply & services in compliance to applicable laws, policies, procedure, code of business conduct and DOA.
• Must have basic knowledge of Raw Materials (Like: PP Bags, Flyash, Gypsum, Slag etc.)
• Responsible for procurement performance monitoring like PR to PO lead time, timely delivery etc.
• Making daily report and monitoring stock levels and support for ordering
• Collaborates with accounts and stores team to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and goods receipt.
• Act as the point of contact between procurement operations and technical team.
• Identify saving opportunities by developing new vendors and OEM substitutes.
• Review of PR & PO on weekly basis & take suitable action to get required supply / services.
• Assure compliances with applicable laws, ethical standards, policies, codes of business conduct and H&S standards.
