Job Description

Assist the Manager - PPC in planning and scheduling production activities to meet organizational goals and delivery timelines. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Design, and Quality departments to ensure material availability, workflow efficiency, and production continuity. Monitor production progress, inventory levels, and lead times to prevent delays and bottlenecks. Prepare and maintain accurate production schedules, reports, and dashboards for management review. Support the resource allocation process, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to optimize productivity. Identify opportunities for process improvement in production planning and workflow management. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety norms in all PPC activities. Assist in tracking and analysing production KPIs, such as schedule adherence, material utilization, and delivery performance. Guide and coordinate the work of junior PPC staff to ensure smooth departmental operations. Support the Manager - PPC in strategic planning, production optimization, and capacity management initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹62,000.00 - ₹78,000.00 per month
