Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Conduct product and process audits for tractor assembly, paint shop, and PTCED shop. Ensure quality of tractors through adherence to established standards and procedures. Apply expertise in sheet metal and plastic components for quality checks. Support continuous process improvement initiatives across assembly operations. Manage implementation of new products and processes in the plant. Resolve quality concerns reported in new products promptly and effectively. Utilize functional knowledge of engine and transmission aggregate assembly. Analyze customer complaints and assembly line rejections; implement corrective actions. Review supplier parts quality and standardize quality procedures across operations. Perform root cause analysis and drive preventive measures for recurring issues. Leverage experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001, TS 16949, TPM) to implement best practices. Ensure compliance with quality assurance functions in the assembly plant.

General Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile. A solid educational background in engineering coupled with 5 to 10 years of experience in automobile manufacturing in quality assurance or manufacturing is preferred. Knowledge of quality control tools, analytical thinking, communication skills, and ISO quality management standards will strengthen your qualifications for this position
