Designation : Asst. Manager - PPC

Reporting to : CMD

Probation Period : 6 months form date of joining

Working hours : 8.30 am to 6.30 pm

Pre-requisite & Job Profile:



Qualification: BE/ DME in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience with a demonstrated history of working in metal fabrication, boilers or Heat Exchanger industry. Specialization: TIG/ ARC/ MIG Welding, Bending, Sheet rolling & general Sheet metal fabrication. Skills: Team Leader, 3M control (Man, Machine, Material), Production Planning, Cost control & reduction, Quality Control, Project analysis, Product development, Engineering Drawings study, Manufacturing team skill building, customer inspection co-ordination. Abilities: Understanding & implementation of Product & Process requirements. Good Vocabulary & Presentation, as well as Communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:



Production planning: Preparation of Production plan and achieve the delivery date without compromising quality. Review GA Drawing, Detail manufacturing drawing, QAP & purchase indent & give feedback to design department if any query before starting manufacturing Review Purchase indent & check available stock in factory, if material is not in stock then communicate with purchase department. Follow up with purchase department for material availability & Readiness. Plan outsource production activities & site installation activities. Visit at vendor & installation site to check production & installation status & resolve issues (if any). Monitor the production processes and prepare production schedules Raw material planning in co-ordination with Purchase team. Training the production team. Vendor assessment & inspection. Manage daily operations in factory. Monitor & follow safety guideline in factory Responsible for the maintenance of the factory equipment's Discuss the resources required for the production of respective product i.e. Man, Machine & Material (3M). Implementing Quality system for all products. Preparing daily & weekly production reports and submit to CMD. Prepare and maintain ISO documents (QMS, EMS, OHSMS) Ensure that the production is cost effective to achieve company budget goals. Planning & follow up installation activates (as and when required) Ensure implementation of safety system in factory.
