Asst. Manager Ppc

Job Description

Develop and implement production plans based on sales forecasts and inventory levels. Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials. Evaluate plant capacity and manpower availability. Balance workload across shifts to meet production targets. Prepare work orders and assign tasks to production teams. Coordinate with departments such as design, quality, maintenance, and logistics. Track production progress and analyze variances against plans. Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate delays or changes in demand. Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Maintain production records and generate performance reports. Use ERP/MRP systems for planning and tracking. Identify and implement process improvements. Support lean manufacturing and cost reduction initiatives.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
