Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Drawing study, Cost estimation / SBC, process planning for new project parts. RFQ floating, Technical sign-off with suppliers, Quote synthesis Release PO, PR in the system & commercial data maintenance New component development for Casting /Machining within QCD targets. VPPAP closure, scheduling & procurement Liasoning with various departments (SSU, QA, SCPC, Mfg, PMO)

General Requirements

Ability to speak + read + write fluently in English and local language

Ability to design and develop economical manufacturing process to produce FTR components Needs to be proficient in drawing evaluation and must have strong engineering expertise in relevant commodity Machining process knowledge & cycle time estimation for Forging & Machining ,Hardware components Process capability study , SPC ,MSA Computer proficient and operating knowledge of SAP Must have strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment Commercial & financial acumen
