Experience: 5 to 15 Year experience in Rubber hose manufacturing or similar rubber manufacturing industries.

Education Qualification: Degree / Diploma in any Engineering or Similar field experience (ITI or any experience candidate can also apply for this post)

Roles / Responsibility

1. Setting and production of cold feed rubber hose extrusion line, work experience or working knowledge of Autoclave vulcanization and Steam Boiler (Aware of IBR regulation)

2. Develop Specification for SAE J1402 air brake rubber hose compound, Performance Testing and Quality Control (ensure hoses meet applicable standards) Conduct or oversee performance tests (e.g., pressure, burst, fatigue, flexibility, thermal resistance).

3. Production Planning & Execution

4. Failure Analysis and Troubleshooting (Investigate hose failures or wear issues in field applications. Recommend improvements in design or installation practices.

5. Compliance and Safety documentation and certification reports for compliance.

6. Oversee Maintenance of rubber plant (Extrusion line, Autoclave and Boiler)

7. Evaluate suppliers of rubber compound and reinforcement materials. Audit quality and consistency of incoming materials.

8. Installation Guidelines and Training, Train staff on proper hose usage and maintenance.

9. Develop Process flow chart, Control plan and SOP for rubber plant
