The Associate Operations Manager supports the daily operations of the cafeteria to ensure smooth service, food quality, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction. This role assists the Operations Manager in staff supervision, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day cafeteria operations Supervise cafeteria staff, including scheduling and task allocation.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed.
Monitor food preparation, service quality, and portion control.
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues.
Support cost control, waste reduction, and budgeting efforts Ensure compliance with company policies and local food regulations.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
Requirements
Must have from Hotel Management background.
4- 6 years of experience.
Fostac Trained.
Food-tech Experience is an added advantage.
