Hiring: NPD & Quality Manager

Kiran Auto Components (Sheet Metal Auto Parts)

Location:

KHUSHKHERA BHIWADI RAJASTHAN

Experience:

2 TO 5 YRS

? Key Responsibilities

Lead

New Product Development (NPD)

for sheet metal components. Own the entire

APQP and PPAP

process for customer approval (OEMs). Maintain and audit

IATF 16949 / ISO 9001

Quality Management Systems. Drive

Root Cause Analysis (8D)

and implement

Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA)

for all quality issues. Manage

Supplier Quality (SQA)

and ensure process stability using

SPC/FMEA

Must-Haves

Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Production). Mandatory experience in the

Automotive Sheet Metal

industry. Expertise in core tools:

APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC

. Proven leadership in Quality and NPD team management.
