Key Responsibilities
Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment including kilns, dryers, presses, conveyors, ball mills, mixers, and pumps
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime
Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities or inefficiencies
Assist senior engineers in mechanical installations, upgrades, and process improvements
Prepare basic mechanical drawings, layouts, and documentation
Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operation of machinery
Follow safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment
Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and spare parts records
Support energy efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives
