Profile -Asst. Manager Marketing
Location - Onsite-Noida
Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing professional with hands-on experience in marketing, including PR, Radio, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Digital Campaigns, and Brand Promotions. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard, manage and Coordinate with third party vendors/agencies.

Manage

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

including content planning, posting schedules, and engagement tracking

Execute

digital marketing initiatives

(paid ads, lead generation, performance tracking)

Work with creative agencies for

branding, creatives, and communication material

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare

marketing performance reports

Support

event marketing, activations, and outdoor branding

when required

Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels

Prepare and manage marketing budgets and optimize spends for better ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in

marketing

Hands-on experience with

PR, Radio campaigns, and Social Media Marketing

Strong understanding of

digital marketing tools and platforms

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Analytical mindset with reporting and data interpretation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

service-based industries

(Logistics, Transportation, E-commerce, or similar)

Exposure to

event management and offline marketing

Knowledge of branding and media planning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?1,200,000.00 per year
