The Assistant Manager - Marketing Finance will be responsible for managing financial operations related to marketing activities, corporate finance functions, GST compliance, accounting, and financial reporting. The role supports business decision-making by ensuring accurate financial analysis, budgeting, compliance, and control.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance & Financial Planning

Support corporate finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective cost control. Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.

Marketing Finance

Evaluate marketing spends, ROI analysis, and campaign-wise cost tracking. Coordinate with marketing teams for budget planning and expense approvals. Analyze promotional schemes and pricing impact on margins.

Accounting & Finance

Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards. Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities. Reconcile ledgers, vendor accounts, and inter-department balances.

GST & Statutory Compliance

Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, and assessments. Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues. Coordinate with consultants and auditors for audits and filings.

Audit & Controls

Assist in internal and statutory audits. Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies. Support implementation of process improvements in finance operations.
Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance, GST, Accounting, and Finance Operations. Experience in marketing finance or business finance is preferred. Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (Tally/SAP/Oracle preferred). Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
