Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, service requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, trust, and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with the Design, Production, Service, and Sales teams to ensure seamless customer communication and issue resolution.
Coordinate and monitor after-sales service, including installation updates, commissioning feedback, and maintenance support.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas of improvement in product quality and service performance.
Prepare and maintain detailed customer communication records, visit reports, and service logs.
Assist in managing warranty claims, replacements, and service escalation processes in coordination with internal departments.
Support the Director and Marketing Department in customer satisfaction initiatives and relationship management strategies.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and review discussions to ensure high levels of service delivery.
Develop and implement customer retention programs to enhance loyalty and strengthen brand reputation.
Monitor key Customer Relationship KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction scores, and present reports to management.
