Minimum 6 years of experience in financial / banking/ warehousing/ logistics sector.Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities Knowledge and implementation of industry best practices on warehousing processes. Periodical review of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ensure its implementation. To keep a close watch on day-to-day operations at warehouses and vaults operated by empanelled Warehouse & Vault Service Providers (WSP & VSP). Ensure strict implementation of SEBI guidelines on warehousing operations. To identify suitable WSP, VSP & Assaying agencies, scrutinize and process their empanelment. Ensuring WSPs\xe2\x80\x99/ VSPs\xe2\x80\x99 compliance with MCXCCL SOP while handling commodities at warehouse/ vaults. Periodic Performance Review of WSP, VSP and Assaying agencies. Timely preparation of proposals for warehouse, vault & assayer accreditation/ deaccreditation. Monitor the daily transactions at warehouses & vaults by way of daily stock reconciliation, MIS etc. To have regular coordination with WSPs/ VSPs and ensure smooth operations at warehouses. Handle operational issues, complaints raised by client in coordination with WSPs/ VSPs and ensure resolution as per defined SOP/ processes. Warehouse inspections, surprise visits and monitoring of adherence to SOP.
