Position:Asst. Manager/ Manager - Operation
Location:Ahmedabad
Experience: 10 - 12 years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and efficiency.
• Conduct analysis to identify trends and propose actionable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks or compliance gaps.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Being able to juggle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proactive in addressing issues and finding solutions.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Ensuring the operational processes are efficient and error-free.
• Knowledge of operational software, databases, and tools for reporting and analysis.

Required Skills:

• Good Computer knowledge
• Good communication.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
