Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote hospital services to international patients and healthcare providers
Identify target countries/markets and conduct research on their healthcare needs and referral dynamics
Coordinate with embassies, medical facilitators, travel agents, and international insurance companies
Participate in international healthcare exhibitions, medical tourism fairs, webinars, and roadshows
Create and localize marketing content (brochures, digital assets, patient stories) for global audiences
Manage and respond to international patient inquiries and support the end-to-end journey from arrival to discharge
Build partnerships with hospitals, doctors, and health travel agencies abroad
Track ROI and analyze campaign performance to optimize international marketing efforts
Ensure adherence to international healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality, and ethical marketing practices
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings and global healthcare trends
