Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for EPC/Infrastructure/Construction projects. The role will be based at the Head Office in Bhopal and will involve bulk hiring, project-based recruitment, and coordination with site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for HO and project sites (Engineers, Site staff, Supervisors, Project Managers, etc.) Manpower planning in coordination with

Project Heads and Department Heads

Source candidates through

job portals, consultants, referrals, and internal databases

Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate final selections Manage

bulk and urgent hiring

for ongoing and upcoming projects Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and reports Coordinate joining formalities and documentation with HR Operations Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and consultants Ensure recruitment timelines and cost efficiency Support employer branding initiatives when required

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

EPC / Infrastructure / Construction recruitment

Experience in

site hiring and project-based recruitment

Good understanding of labor categories, technical roles, and contract staffing Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in MS Excel, job portals, and recruitment MIS

Educational Qualification

MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification

Preferred Candidate Profile

Male candidate with

4+ years of relevant recruitment experience

Prior experience in

EPC, Infra, or Construction industry is mandatory

Willing to coordinate with multiple project locations Candidate preferred who can join within 30 days

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
