Asst. Manager / Manager - Dialer Operation
:Responsible to manage Dialer efficiency & Team.
Good knowledge of dialer monitoring/strategy and management.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good Knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge about review desk (PPT).
Dialer Performance Optimization Skill.
Responsible for planning strategies to meet process / client requirements.
Responsible to Manage Dialer team and their daily work schedules, rosters & etc.
Working with Operation Manager on setting performance benchmarks and reviewing them on a regular basis.
Client interaction on daily basis in terms of strategy change and production management.
Interacting with client and respective technical support team on the dialer related issues where and when ever issue comes and impacts the production.
Providing feedbacks to client regarding data on daily basis, providing client with our data to enhance our performance, Handling shift start and shift end activities.
Daily MIS reporting based on specified matrices to management & client.
Reviewing daily and weekly reports.
Maintaining trackers for indicators/Downtime.
Work closely with the Operations/WFM to understand the strategy for programs.
Perform continuous in depth analysis on results and provide strategic solutions to improve performance.
Manage and maintain department key performance indicators as it pertains to Dialer Operations.
Assist IT with technical support and diagnostics with call servicing technologies. Provide in-depth reporting on campaign, service, and agent performance.
Basis Knowledge of SQL and My SQL
Flexibility to work in 247 shifts and extended hours.
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 3-8 yrs. Experience in Dialer operation (Genesis Dialer Exp. Preferred).
Any Graduate Degree
