The Asst Manager will oversee the growth of Major Individual Giving, peer to peer fundraising and community engagement programs to support the financial goals of Bhumi. The Asst Manager will oversee the growth of Major Individual Giving, with a goal for it to become a significant source of Income for Bhumi by 2028.

Primary responsibilities include:

Grow Major Individual Giving by cultivation and stewardship Engage fundraisers both Internationally and in India during campaigns and events, support them in maximizing funds raised. Engage with volunteers to educate and inspire them to fundraise for the organisation.

Education Qualifications / Experience:

At least five years of project management, sales or fundraising experience Experience working with volunteers & in the development sector would be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Reasonable, understanding of the non-profit sector, and donor/fundraiser management A strong hold on online fundraising and fundraising trends Strong networking and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including donors, fundraisers, staff and volunteers Skilled at creating donor-centric, impactful stories that resonate with diverse audiences. Expert level written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions Strong leadership and project management skills, with keen attention to detail. Has a Growth Mindset
