Position:Asst. Manager - Maintenance & Project(Engineering)
Location:Vapi
Experience: 8 - 12 Years
Industries:Engineering
Responsibilities:

• Having experience handling mechanical maintenance of machineries and utilities.
• Target maximum availability / Upkeep plant machineries/ equipment / utilities with the help of planned preventive & breakdown maintenance - Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics etc.
• Project execution, Utilities provision, fabrication knowledge etcSpares management.
• Troubleshooting.
• Reduction in maintenance cost.
• Training & development of subordinates.
• Manpower - optimum utilisation.
• ISO documentation.
• Carrying out & execution of different improvement projects undertaken.
• Ensure best liaison with
• Purchase, Customers, H. O., Vendors, All production departments, External Service Providers etcxe2x80xa6
• New machineries erection, installation and commissioning.
• Over and above any other assignments given time to time to achieve organisational goals & objectives.

Required Skills:

• Machinery maintenance (Rolling mills, Hydraulics, Pneumatics etc).
• Utility maintenance (Compressors, Pumps, Cooling towers, DG etc).
• Machine erection & commissioning.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Electrical/Mechanical
Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
