BE Mechanical

Basic knowledge of CNC, PLC system, able to handle routine maintenance activities, knowledge of utility machine repairing.

oversees facility upkeep, machinery (presses, bending machines, CNC), and personnel to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations, focusing on

preventive/predictive maintenance, budget control, safety compliance (ISO/IATF), and team training

, managing breakdown reduction (MTTR/MTBF) for presses, EOT cranes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems to support production goals. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate maintenance technicians and supervisors, setting performance targets for breakdowns, MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

Maintenance Strategy

: Develop, implement, and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules for all production equipment, including stamping presses, CNC machines, EOT cranes, and facility systems (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).

Budget & Inventory

: Control maintenance expenses, manage spare parts inventory, negotiate with vendors, and oversee capital expenditure for upgrades and expansions.

Safety & Compliance

: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO/IATF and maintaining documentation.

Operational Efficiency

: Drive continuous improvement, reduce downtime, manage work orders, and integrate new technologies for better asset management.

Reporting

: Maintain logs, report on daily activities, progress, and costs to senior management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of sheet metal machinery (presses, bending, laser cutting) and related systems (hydraulics, pneumatics). Proven experience in team supervision and project management in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. Understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
