Job Description


Legal and Compliance Department ensures that the organization conducts its business processes incompliance with laws and regulations, professional standards, national, & international standards, and accepted business practices.

  • To conduct Internal Audits for License/Permit and other compliance.
  • To coordinate for customer Social Responsibility Audits
  • To document audit procedures, CAPA and reports
  • Develop and implement company policies and regulations
  • Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures.
  • Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies
  • Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements
  • Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues
  • Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies
  • To conduct Litigation if required.
  • Drawing the opinions on legal issues. Obtaining the externally Senor\xe2\x80\x98s Advisees.
