Assist the Manager in the overall operations of the convention centre.
Coordinate with clients regarding event requirements, bookings, seating arrangements, and catering needs.
Supervise staff (housekeeping, service, billing, security, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution.
Monitor setup of halls, stages, audio-visual systems, and dining arrangements before events.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained across the facility.
Handle on-the-spot client queries, complaints, or special requests during events.
Work closely with the catering and kitchen team to ensure timely food service.
Manage billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation in coordination with the accounts team.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on bookings, expenses, staff performance, and customer feedback.
Support in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.
Act as in-charge of operations in the absence of the Manager.
