Job Overview
Protect the financial interests of the company. Help prepare expense report for the department
Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversee data collection as per agreed formats Analyze and provide accurate reports Coordinate all finance related processes Oversee preparation of budgets Provide insights on performance between actual v/s budget Coordinate with internal stakeholders - Finance, Procurement, Legal & Stores for operational & financial reporting Coordinate with the \xe2\x80\x98Menu Development\xe2\x80\x99 team for menu specifications & pricing Report early trends on cost escalation; advise corrective measures Tender & Contracts Coordinate tender & contract activities for Inflight Services Apply best ethical practices for issuance of RFP, RFQ process Review tender documents Review reverts and prepare financial impact to the business Manage expectation between Vistara & Caterer\xe2\x80\x99s legal team on contracts

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, a good leader as well as team player
- Attentive to details, enterprising
- Candidates should have demonstrated in their current role, a good track record and strong understanding of policies & procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of job-related experience within the airline
Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized university
Eligibility
- Currently must be a Assistant Manager (1C) or 1 level lower
- Minimum tenure in the current role and level \xe2\x80\x93 18 months as on date and must have attained minimum performance rating of GP3 in the last appraisal
- Must be \xe2\x80\x9cconfirmed\xe2\x80\x99\xe2\x80\x99 in service
