Analyzes complex credit applications for acceptance or denial pertaining to retail notes following the credit guidelines, policies and procedures established by the Company. Responsible for maintaining the portfolio quality for the assigned area & maintaining dealer/partner relationships.
Duties
Evaluates appropriate financial information for complex credit requests, structures an acceptable risk, performs detailed analysis and write-ups of accounts, makes recommendation to management, and communicates decision to dealers/customers/merchants.
Accesses and analyzes data from various systems to answer questions relating to credit quality and portfolio performance.
Reports and communicates measures relating to portfolio quality to management.
Evaluates the credit risk on special programs or credit offerings to ensure level of risk is consistent with assumptions made in pricing models.
Works with operations to implement credit decisions and credit policies.
Monitors delinquencies and write-offs to ensure account performance is in line with corporate goals.
Assists with development and implementation of scoring systems to create efficiencies and maximize profits.
Develops and maintains business relationships with dealers/merchants, Area Sales Managers and
others specific to position.
Maintains and monitors the performance of decision tools to ensure scorecard and policies are functioning appropriately.
Stays abreast of industry changes in risk management assessing the appropriateness of incorporation into the business
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Demonstrated work experience in developing statistical and process analysis. 4 - 7 years
Knowledge of products and services offered by the appropriate area of responsibility. - Performs more complex functions, understands principles, may teach others.
Knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Skilled in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Understanding of financial statements, cash flow and key financial ratios. Performs more complex

Education
Degree in an Accounting/Finance/ Agriculture Engineering discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in an Accounting/Finance / M.B.A. / discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree (2 years or equivalent)
Knowledge of Languages Telugu (Read, Write & Speak)
