We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage and support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, HR policies, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, people management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4-5 years of experience in core HR functions.
Strong recruitment and HR operations experience.
Hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC, and labor law compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Strong skills in MS Office and HR systems/HRIS.
