Work Exp: 5yrs - 7 yrs Location: Mumbai No of openings: 1 Role & Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Handle complete recruitment life cycle from understanding of departmental requirement, mapping, initial screening / candidate interaction, meeting / interview scheduling, etc. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments. Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff. Source applicants through online channels, such as Naukri, LinkedIn and other professional networks Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position. Employee Engagement : Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing Employee Engagement programs across all verticals of the organization focusing on: Brand Affinity / Connect Raising Employee Morale Recreational Activities Continuous Communication Roll out annual Employee Engagement Calendar with budgets. Responsible for sending event emailers and any other HR announcements / communication across the organization. Design and Implement E Sat survey to gauge employee satisfaction levels and take corrective measures to improve employee morale and productivity through employee engagement initiatives. Plan and coordinate Town Halls, Introductory session with Senior Management Rewards & Recognition : Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing Rewards and Recognition programmes across all verticals of the organization focusing on: Employees exhibiting / living the brand ethic and values Adherence to Quality Customer Satisfaction Exhibiting exemplary business performance Training & Development: Liaise with all HODs to build and implement Training & Development solutions in line with business strategy. Responsible for identifying Training Needs department wise and business vertical wise. Preparing Training Calendar - Monthly/ Quarterly / Annual Responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing induction training for all new joiners across the organization as per the set protocols. Responsible for coordination for On the Job Training of all employees. Ensure delivery of planned trainings to the employees as per the monthly / quarterly/ annual training calendar (Functional/ Process /Behavioral /Product training). Evaluation of effectiveness of Training Programme. Responsible for Vendor relationship management, course participation management, training logistics, and/or other services. Acting as the primary Training & Development contact for the internal customers of the organization. Qualifications: Minimum Graduation; MBA will be an advantage.
