- Manage the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support payroll preparation and leave/attendance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Organize training programs, employee engagement activities, and performance review processes.
- Assist management in drafting HR policies and implementing best practices.
- Prepare HR reports and present insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Prefered 1-3 years of proven experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS/HR software knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
