GRADUATION CERTIFICATE

Recruitment & Staffing

+ Coordinate end?to?end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters).
+ Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
+ Maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates for project/department needs.
+ Manage onboarding, joiner documentation, and induction programs.

2. Employee Records & HR Operations

+ Maintain updated employee files (digital and physical).
+ Ensure timely generation of ID cards, access cards
+ Handle attendance, leaves, shift records, and timesheets.

3. Training & Development

+ Identify training needs through discussions with managers.
+ Organize technical, safety, and soft?skills training sessions.
+ Maintain training calendars and training effectiveness reports.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

+ Address employee grievances and work as the bridge between management and staff.
+ Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
+ Promote a positive and safe workplace culture, especially on project sites.

5. Performance Management

+ Support the annual and mid?year performance appraisal cycles.
+ Coordinate KRAs/KPIs, reviews, and documentation.
+ Assist managers in performance improvement plans (PIP).

6. HR Policy Implementation

+ Communicate and ensure adherence to HR policies across teams.
+ Assist in updating SOPs and HR guidelines based on organizational needs.
