to support daily HR operations in a growing real estate organization. The role focuses on recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, and statutory compliance. This position is ideal for an HR professional with hands-on experience who is ready to take ownership of core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Hiring:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales, site, and corporate roles.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Schedule interviews, issue offer letters, and manage onboarding.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
Coordinate payroll inputs including incentives and commissions.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmations, and exit documentation.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Compliance & Policy Support:
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, CLRA).
Ensure HR policies and SOPs are followed across departments.
Maintain compliance documentation and audit records.
HR Reporting:
Prepare basic HR MIS reports (headcount, hiring status, attrition).
Support management with HR data and reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in
real estate, construction, or sales-driven organizations.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
