About UsTWe are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager HR to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing both recruitment and HR operations.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (50%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
Work on building a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
Vendor and consultant management for specialized hiring.
HR Operations (50%)
Act as HR Business Partner (HRBP) for assigned functions and support employee life cycle management.
Handle payroll inputs, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and statutory compliance.
Manage attendance, leave records, employee queries, and grievance handling.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and retention strategies.
Maintain HRMIS and ensure smooth execution of HR policies.
Requirements
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 6 years of HR experience (mix of recruitment + operations).
Strong exposure to HRBP role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Male candidates preferred.
